Your faith journey is yours. This page explains what Holy Battlefront knows about you, why, and how you stay in control.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the username you pick.
- Game data: your scores, progress in Scripture Mode and Story Mode, leaderboard rank, and event participation.
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version and crash reports, so we can fix bugs.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone audio.
2. How we use it
- To run the game: save your progress, show your rank, and let you play with friends.
- To improve Holy Battlefront: understand which features are used and fix crashes.
- To contact you about your account or important changes to the game.
- We never sell your personal information.
3. Bible text from third parties
- Verses are loaded from bible-api.com. When a verse is requested, your device contacts that service, which may receive standard technical data such as your IP address. Their own policy applies to that data.
4. Service providers
- We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, analytics and crash reporting. They process data only on our behalf and only to provide their service.
5. How long we keep data
- We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. See the Delete Account page for details.
6. Your choices
- You can view and update your username in the app, ask for a copy of your data, or delete your account at any time.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, port or erase your data. Contact us and we will respond.
7. Children and families
- Holy Battlefront is made for players of all ages and is designed to be a safe, family-friendly game for children and everyone else.
- We collect only the information needed to run the game, and we never sell any player's personal information, including children's.
- Parents and guardians can ask to review, correct or delete their child's data at any time by contacting us or using the Delete Account page.
8. Security
- We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Changes to this policy
- If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
